Need help? First, work out who can actually fix your problem. If it involves your balance, a pending payment, a locked login or a bonus that did not credit, only the brand can see it. We are a guide, so we cannot look anything up for you. This page shows where to go and how to keep your account details safe while you ask.
Account issues: go to the brand's own support
Open the KG999 site or app and look for the live chat or help center. We could not confirm support hours, so we will not promise round-the-clock replies. If chat is quiet, try again later and keep your message short and specific.
Reach the site through your own bookmark or the address you typed yourself. Our guide on bookmarking the right link explains why that habit matters, and the login guide covers sign-in trouble.
What to include in a support message
Clear details help support answer faster. Prepare these before you start the chat:
- Your username (never your password)
- What you tried to do and roughly when
- The amount in Taka and the method shown in the cashier
- Any transaction reference the payment app gave you
- A screenshot of the error or the pending status
Stay safe while asking for help
Genuine support does not need your password or the one-time code sent to your phone. Anyone who asks for an OTP, even politely, is a warning sign. Read how OTP scams work before you reply to any message that arrives out of the blue.
Be careful with strangers who message you first on social apps offering to fix a withdrawal for a fee. Use only the channels you opened yourself inside the brand's site or app.
Feedback about this guide
We do not publish an email address or phone number for readers, and we do not run a feedback form. If something on a page looks outdated, such as a changed web address or an app step that no longer matches, we review those points whenever the guide is updated. Details about the site are on the about page.
For payment trouble in particular, start with payment problems and then take your reference details to the brand.
