Wagering, turnover, rollover, playthrough: they all mean the same thing, which is how much you must play before bonus money becomes withdrawable. It sounds like a footnote, yet it is the single most important line in any offer. We could not confirm KG999's rules when we checked in November 2026, so this page uses invented numbers to teach the maths. Use it as a calculator for the real terms you see on the promotions page.
What a wagering requirement actually is
A requirement is written as a multiplier, for example 10x. Multiply it by a base amount and you get the total you must stake. The stake counts every bet you place, including bets funded by winnings, so spins that win and then get replayed keep counting up.
Importantly, it measures how much you play, not how much you lose. A player with a ৳500 bonus and 10x turnover must place ৳5,000 in bets. They will not necessarily lose ৳5,000, but they are exposed to the game's built-in edge across all those bets.
A worked example with invented figures
Take a pretend offer: a ৳300 bonus with 20x turnover on the bonus. The target is 20 times ৳300, which is ৳6,000 of bets. If your average bet is ৳20, that is 300 bets. If the average bet is ৳10, it is 600 bets.
Now change one word. If the 20x applied to bonus plus a ৳300 deposit, the base would be ৳600 and the target ৳12,000. A tiny difference in wording doubles the work. This is the most common thing people miss, which is why the base deserves a highlighter.
| Pretend terms | Base | Target stake | Bets at ৳20 each |
|---|---|---|---|
| 20x on bonus of ৳300 | ৳300 | ৳6,000 | 300 |
| 20x on bonus + deposit of ৳600 | ৳600 | ৳12,000 | 600 |
Other conditions that bite
Game weighting is a big one. Slots may count in full, while live tables or some low-risk bets count for only a fraction or not at all. A maximum bet per round can void the bonus if you exceed it. Expiry windows, often a number of days, mean unfinished turnover simply disappears.
Also check for a cap on how much you can withdraw from bonus winnings. A tight cap can make a high-turnover offer almost pointless. If you are unsure how slots behave over many spins, our notes on slot multipliers and probability basics help set expectations.
Is it worth it?
Compare the required stake with your normal budget. If clearing the offer means playing far beyond your usual session, decline it. If the multiplier is modest, the base is the bonus only, and your favorite games count fully, it can be reasonable.
The most honest way to use a bonus is to treat it as extra playtime, not extra money. For examples of the main offer types, browse the bonuses hub or the deposit bonus guide.
Do it in three
How to calculate your own turnover in 3 steps
- 1Find the multiplier and base
Open the offer's terms and write down the multiplier and what it applies to.
- 2Multiply them
The result is your target stake. Divide by your usual bet size to see how many bets that is.
- 3Check weighting and expiry
Confirm which games count fully and how long you have, then decide whether to accept.
